We were approached by Royale Cuisine to update their telephone system. They were looking to save money from their rental of multiple analogue lines while also solving poor sound quality issues and having extra handsets conveniently located throughout their premises.
We proposed moving their telephone number from their current provider to one of the leading VoIP services in the UK and installing our own telephone system at their office. We could then provide Cisco handsets for desks and other fixed locations and also Siemens Gigaset DECT cordless handsets in the kitchen area.
As with all of our projects, we aim to get an understanding of the business to be able to offer a more complete service.
- Washable Phones – We installed special model cordless telephones in the food preparation areas which are extra loud and also completely waterproof so can easily be cleaned and kept hygienic.
- Contacts Management – Using our computer interface system Royale Cuisine can easily keep track of contacts, use Caller ID effectively and make calls with a click of a button on their computer.
- Auto Attendant – The Auto Attendant function of the telephone system allows incoming calls to be sent directly to appropriate phones which has saved time transferring calls internally and also improves the company image to callers.
- Holiday Mode – The telephone system has a easy to use Holiday function allowing Royale Cuisine to set a custom away message between certain dates which has proved to be very useful
